FAQ
What cable does the camera use?
USB3 models: 3–5 m; GigE models: ordinary network cable to 100 m; 10G models: Cat 6a 50–100 m with a PCIe 10G NIC.
Which software is supported?
GigE Vision / GenICam standard; SDK for Halcon, OpenCV, LabVIEW, DirectShow; Windows / Linux / ARM Linux / Android / macOS.
Warranty and RMA?
Every camera carries a 12-month limited warranty (excluding damage from misuse). RMA and after-sales are handled directly via wyatt@yivavision.com — you talk to an engineer, not a ticket queue.
Lead time and shipping?
